Instructions: You will need: 1-1/2 cups water or milk. 1. Heat skillet over medium-high heat or griddle to 350 degrees F. 2. Stir CTC Pancake Mix and water or milk with fork or wire whisk in medium bowl until well blended. Sprinkle Cinnadust over batter in bowl. Gently stir into batter about 6 to 8 times (do not mix in completely). 3. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased skillet or griddle. Cook until edges are dry; about 1 minute 30 seconds. Turn; cook until golden brown; about 1 minute 30 seconds. 4. Add CTC Cereal Topping as desired. High Altitude (3500-6500)ft: No change. To Freeze: Stack pancakes with pieces of waxed paper layered in between each pancake. Wrap stack in aluminum foil and freeze up to 1 month. To Reheat: Unwrap and remove waxed paper from pancakes. Microwave 1-2 pancakes on high for 10- 20 seconds until hot, or place pancakes in single layer on ungreased cookie sheet and tightly cover with aluminum foil. Heat pancakes in 400 degrees F oven for about 5-7 minutes or until hot. Do not eat raw pancake batter.
