Instructions: You Will Need: 1/3 cup water; 1/3 cup vegetable oil; 2 eggs. 1 Heat oven to 400 degrees F for aluminum or glass pan or 375 degrees F for nonstick pan. Grease bottom of pan. 2 Stir coffee cake mix, water, oil and eggs in medium bowl just until blended (batter may be lumpy). Pour into pan; spread evenly. Sprinkle streusel over batter. 3 Bake as directed in chart below or toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before storing. Pan Size: 8 inch x 8 inch: 22-27 bake time; 9 inch x 9 inch: 20-25 bake time; 11 inch x 7 inch: 17-22 bake time. Betty’s Tip: To make muffins, line 12 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups. Divide batter among the muffin cups (about 3 tablespoons each). Sprinkle streusel over batter in each cup (about 1 teaspoon). Bake 17 to 22 minutes. High Attitude (3500 – 6500 ft): No change.
