BUSH’S SOUTHERN BARBECUE PULLED PORK WITH BEANS
Let your slow-cooker do all the work. By the end of the day, the pork is tender enough to shred with a fork. our Southern Pit Barbecue Grillin’ Beans add a rich barbecue flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 can (22 oz) Bush’s Southern Pit Barbecue Grillin’ Beans
- 3 lbs boneless pork loin
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic Powder
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
Directions:
- Place pork in 5-quart slow cooker. Cut in half to fit, if necessary
- In large bowl, combine beans, bacon, garlic powder and onion; pour over pork
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours (TIP: May cook on high for 4-5 hours.)
- Remove pork and shred with two forks
- Return meat to slow cooker for 30 minutes, or until heated through. Serve!
