Instructions: You Will Need for Donuts: 1/3 cup milk, 1/2 cup water, 2 eggs. You Will Need for Glaze: 2-3 tbsp milk. Oven Baked Donut and Donut Hole Instructions: 1. Set oven to 375 degrees F. Coat bottom of pan with no-stick cooking spray. To make donuts use a donut pan, or a mini muffin pan for donut holes. 2. Beat water, eggs, and milk in medium bowl until fully blended. Add donut mix and stir until fully blended. Fill donut or mini muffin cups 2/3 full. 3. Bake donuts for 10-11 minutes (Directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens vary; baking time may need to be adjusted), or donut holes for 9-10 minutes (Directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens vary; baking time may need to be adjusted), or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool and remove from pan. 4. Glaze donuts with glaze mix. Combine glaze mix and 2-3 tablespoons milk. Mix until smooth. Use to cover donuts or donuts holes. Fried Donut Hole Instructions: 1. Heat 3-4 inches of oil in a deep fryer or heavy skillet to 325 degrees F. 2. Beat water, eggs, and milk in medium bowl until fully blended. Add donut mix and stir until fully blended. 3. Drop donut batter by rounded tablespoonful into hot oil. Fry until golden brown, turning several times, about 3-4 minutes. Drain fried donut holes on paper towels. 4. Glaze donuts with glaze mix. Combine glaze mix and 2-3 tablespoons milk. Mix until smooth. Use to cover donut holes. Air Fryer Instructions: 1. Heat air fryer to 375 degrees F using the air fryer setting. Coat bottom of silicon mold or donut pan with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Beat water, eggs, and milk in medium bowl until fully blended. Add donut mix and stir until fully blended. Fill donut cups 2/3 full. 3. Air fry for 4-6 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool and remove from pan. 4. Glaze donuts with glaze mix.
