Instructions: The Classic Grape-Nuts Hot Recipe: Ingredients: 1/2 cup Grape-Nuts cereal; 1/3 cup fat-free milk. Mix cereal and milk in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds for a big crunch or 1 min for a little crunch. Add Any of the Following to Each Serving of Hot Cereal Before Serving: 1 tbsp raisins, chopped dates, chopped dried apricots or coconut. 1 tbsp chopped apples, banana or strawberries; dash of ground cinnamon.
