Our inspiration came from premium Luxardo cherries with a hint of a favorite soda. An incredibly difficult flavor profile to achieve, we sifted through cherry varietals of all different colors, iterated dozens of times, and still found ourselves wanting more depth and complexity. We layered in more dark notes… and voila! A star is born.
